This quick quilt is made using squares and rectangles for the 3D flying geese that make the water and simple applique for the lighthouse and birds.  It is the perfect size for a baby quilt, lap quilt, or wall hanging. Bamboo felt was used for the appliques but a fusible technique with cotton fabric would also work well. Full size pattern pieces and simple directions are given for the embroidery stitches.  Finished project size 36" wide by 40" long.
