This fun yo-yo turtle is just as cute framed as he would be made into a pillow or tote front. He is shown in a standard 16” square frame. Yo-yo making is so easy and fun, that you can’t stop with just one! Simple French knots are used in combination with bamboo felt for his eyes which makes for a fun fast finish.  Completed project fits nicely in a 16" square frame as shown.
