Angelic Twinkle is a quick fused applique design with 3D angel wings that may be stitched by hand (as shown) or machine.  Simple stitches are used to complete this wall hanging including buttonhole stitch and stem stitch.  Finished project size is 17-1/2" wide by 18" high.
