3D Fishy Fun is a fun wall hanging or table decoration that uses five sizes of yo-yos that do not require any notions other than fabric and quilting thread to create.  The yo-yos are only partially sewn to the background to give the appearance of real fish scales, which makes this a quicker project to complete.  Finished project size is 16-1/2" long by 10-1/2" wide.
