This small pillow is so easy and fun to make and it can be stitched by hand in a weekend.  Flannel was used for the background and bamboo felt for the appliques, which make this a really soft pillow.  Wool felt or wool may also be used for the appliques with a cotton or flannel background for a soft look.  Alternately, you may use a standard picture frame for finishing.  Finished size 12" square.
